Not only is the chance of contamination higher but too much of these can lead to constipation.Too much sugar should be avoided as it gets converted into fat. If you have a sweet tooth, go for fresh fruits or honey instead of refined sugars.Cut down on your intake of saturated fruits. You can avoid constipation by eating raw fruit and vegetables that have been washed carefully.Grains and pulses are excellent sources of protein and should be consumed in large quantities.Eat meat rarely, as it gets contaminated easily if it is not preserved at the right temperature.
