PUNE, June 18: Tejaswini Shiva, daughter of popular Marathi actor the late Dada Kondke, who along with four other family members is objecting to the will of the actor yesterday appeared in the court of judge PB Naigaonkar. The proceedings were adjourned since the applicant did not file a say.

The will of Dada Kondke, who expired on March 14, has empowered actress Usha Chavan and four others to form a trust and appoint its trustees. Kondke, who enthralled rural folk with his humour had made the will just two months before his death. The will states that a social trust be established for the well being of rural population and the authority to appoint trustees has been given to State Labour Minister Sabir Shaikh, Gajanand Shirke, Vasant Bhalekar and Dr Anil Wakankar.

The will is being objected to by his nephews Vijay and Ashok Kondke, wife of his elder brother Sevantabai Kondke and daughter Tejaswini Kondke, who filed an application for objection on June 10 asking for filing of application as third party.
