After 13 Congress units authorising a unanimously elected party chief Sonia Gandhi to handpick the state presidents, Uttar Pradesh Congress chief Salman Khursheed, today, joined the bandwagon saying he would not be filing his nomination for the state president post as well.Calling it a decision of his ‘‘soul and inner voice,’’ Khursheed said it was his wish that the name of the state chief be decided by Sonia. He said that he would be proposing the same before the general body meeting of the party to be held in Lucknow on June 3. ‘‘ Now Soniaji will decide who should be given the charge for taking the Congress ahead in UP. It is my personal decision,’’ he said.
