PANCHKULA, MAY 1:The two-day annual conference of the Bharatiya Khadya Nigam Karamchari Sangh started here today. The conference which began at Aggarwal Bhawan, Sector 16 was inaugurated by Justice Kuldip Singh. The conference, besides discussing the day-to-day problems, raised issues including pension for all employees and time-bound promotions.
