Former world champion Viswanathan Anand suffered a setback as he went down to Braingames match winner Vladimir Kramnik of Russia in the third game of the six-game Advance Chess match here today.

Kramnik now leads 2-1 with three more games remaining in the match and if his form today was any indication, he looks set to stop Anand’s winning spree in the Advance Chess encounters that stretches back to three years. Kramnik won in just 37 moves.
