JV to make & market clad metal products

ArcelorMittal Stainless along with Nickel Alloys, Auerhammer Metallwerk and Shivalik Bimetal Controls have formed a JV to manufacture and market clad metal products. ‘Innovative Clad Solutions’, which shall have a one-third equity share from each participant will start operations from the February 15.
