CHANDIGARH, April 20: Rama Anand, wife of Justice R L Anand of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, died today at New Delhi. She had been ailing for some time and was admitted to the PGI before being shifted to Delhi.

Meanwhile, work in the courts of Punjab and Haryana High Court was suspended after noon, as a mark of respect to her.
