NEW DELHI, OCT 25: Jeev Milkha Singh and Vivek Bhandari finished joint third in the $ 250,000 Fedex PGA tournament at the Raffles Club (Singapore), according to information received here. England’s Chris Williams secured his second victory on the 1998 Omega Tour after he held off a late challenge from America’s Ted Purdy to win the $ 24,225 top prize.
Gaurav Ghei, sharpening his play with a four under 68 in the last round, totalled 282 to end seventh with two others while Amandeep Johl was the lone Indian to do badly here finishing 58th with 293.
Jeev, who led on the second day after two superb rounds of 69 and 66, had a disastrous 75 yesterday.
