BARODA, NOV 9: The three-day Cooch Behar Trophy tie between Mumbai and Baroda ended in a tame draw at the Motibaug ground here on the final day today.

The visitors scored 346 for six in their second innings.

The highlight of the Mumbai innings was JP Jadhav’s 99 and Abhishek Jayant’s 93.

Off-spinner Karkar and leg-spinner S Parab captured two wickets each for 54 and 79 runs respectively.

Mumbai secured five points by virtue of the first innings lead of 24 runs. Baroda had to contend with three points.

Brief scores: Mumbai 203 and 346-6. Baroda 179.
