NEW DELHI, February 5: The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) marching contingent, which has been participating in Republic Day Parades since 1977, has been adjudged the best marching contingent of the Republic Day parade 1998. The contingent marching to the tune of Louis Banks was commanded by Deputy Commandant S.S Harta.
