NEW DELHI, May 5: The second meeting of the standing committe of the Inter-State Council will be held on Saturday. The devolution of financial powers to the states is the main item on the agenda. The meeting will discuss a consensus document, prepared by the Inter State Council secretariat, on an alternative scheme on sharing of Central taxes.
