It services provider, iGate Global Solutions Ltd on Monday said that it has enhanced its stake holding in the US-based Loan Pro LLC (LP) to 60 per cent. In April this year, iGate had acquired five per cent equity stake in Horsham-based LP, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today. The investment is in line with the company's vision to become a leading integrated technology and operations (iTOPS) player and would enhance its presence in the mortgage space, it added. LP is engaged in mortgage origination related services and provides services relating to lending operations in all states in the US. iGate Global Solutions, a subsidiary of US-based iGate Corporation is a fully integrated technology and operations firm.
