‘I spend an hour at gym daily’

Tell us about your daily diet.
I don’t follow a fixed diet. I just exercise and drink lots of water. In the morning I have cold milk or scrambled eggs with toast. Lunch is anything that my mother cooks—usually fish curry or chicken curry with one or two chapattis. I avoid rice. Dinner is the same. I also avoid having any snacks when I’m out for a movie.

What’s your exercise routine?
I spend around an hour at the gym daily doing cardio exercises. Also, I try to swim for half an hour daily.
What’s your favourite food?
Japanese
Is there anything you binge on?
No, there’s nothing I binge on. I don’t even have a sweet tooth.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I don’t believe that you can either lose or gain weight in a hurry. There are no quick fixes in life, according to me. I believe that everything can be achieved through hard work only.

How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
I have never followed a diet.
What’s your idea of health?
A stress-free mind and positive thinking.
