Tell us about your daily diet.
My day begins with drinking lots of water. After an apple and a protein shake, I workout. Then, I have breakfast which is five egg whites. Lunch is one or two chapattis with a green vegetable and dal without tadka. In the evening, I have a protein shake with fruit. I also have four to five cups of green tea through the day. Dinner is a bowl of boiled chicken.
What is your exercise routine?
I do cardio and weight training for an hour daily.
Is there anything you binge on?
Anything edible and available.
What is your favourite cuisine?
Indian.
What would you do if you have to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I did lose weight in a hurry for which I did cardio and severe dieting. To put on, I just eat more.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
Many. In fact, I put on around four kilos last week.
What is your idea of perfect health?
One needs to be healthy to be happy. And to be healthy, just take care of your diet and exercise, along with good sleep.
