SHIBANI KASHYAP, SINGERTell us about your daily diet.I make it a point to have three wholesome meals. I start my day with aloe vera juice on an empty stomach followed by a glass of warm water. I make sure I have a healthy breakfast. I have muesli or boiled egg whites and toasted brown bread with green tea. Or else I have idli and sambhar and maybe some fresh fruits and green tea. I keep lunch and dinner very simple. I prefer homemade food. I have dinner before 8 pm.What is your exercise routine?I do yoga for half an hour. I do pranayams and 30 suryanamaskars. I do this for half an hour every morning. I also attend yoga classes. I do not go to the gym. I prefer a fitness regime that I can handle by myself. I’ve been doing yoga for five years.Is there anything you binge on?Brownies.What’s your favourite cuisine?I like Chinese food, and I try to keep it low cal. I prefer tofu and steamed momos. I also love grilled fish with lemon sauce.What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?If I had to lose weight, I would go on a high fibre diet. I would make sure there are no carbs for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and follow it up with more yoga. How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?I travel a lot. A good diet is difficult to follow when you are travelling.What is your idea of health?Eat well and do not go on a diet. Killing your appetite is bad. It is also important to work out, and to be able do that you need a healthy diet.
