I have an early dinner at around six o’clock in the evening. I have fruits and salad for dinner.What is your exercise routine?I follow a strict exercise regime. I workout for an hour and half everyday. I also do an hour of yoga at home.Is there anything you binge on?I binge on junk food, all of it!What’s your favourite cuisine?Mughlai.What would you do if you had to lose or put on weight in a hurry?If I have to lose weight I hit the gym with rigourous workout sessions. If I have to gain weight, I eat food high on carbohydrates. How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?I haven’t really failed to stick to my diet.What is your idea of health?I believe in eating healthy and adding exercise to one’s routine.
