Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is eggs and toast along with juice. For lunch I eat dal, roti, sabzi or chicken and rice. I have a protein shake early evening and then go to the gym. I have fruit or juice around 6. Dinner is chicken or fish. Even though I am really fond of rice, I try and avoid eating it for dinner
What’s your exercise routine?
I do a mix of cardio and weight training at the gym six times a week. When I’m unable to visit the gym, I go for a run at the beach or to the park.
What’s your favourite cuisine?
I like Mughlai food. I’m also very fond of Italian.
Is there anything you binge on?
I sometimes binge on brownies or chocolates. I’m not particularly fond of junk food.
What would you do if you had to put on or lose weight in a hurry?
I would work out more if I had to lose weight. I would also have a healthy balanced diet.
Have you ever failed to stick to a diet?
My diets are always easy to stick to.
What’s your idea of health?
If you don’t fall ill often, are not overweight or mentally stressed, then you are healthy.
