How much do you work out?

I exercise four-five times a weak a mix of cardio and weight training. I swim thrice a week.

Tell us about your daily diet.

I follow a high-protein, low-carb diet and I eat every two hours. Breakfast is usually a glass of soya milk and fruit, sometime an omelette made of egg whites. Lunch is usually a sandwich or chicken and dal. Dinner is the same.

What8217;s your exercise routine?

I exercise 4-5 times a week, a mix of cardio and weight training. I also swim three times a week.

What do you binge on?

It8217;s in the evenings that I get an urge to binge on something but I usually curb it.

What8217;s your favourite food?

I love all kinds of snacks, chaat. Italian and Thai are my favourite cuisines.
