DIET: MY breakfast consists of fruits and a protein supplement. I believe in eating many smaller meals instead of three big ones, so I have five to six meals a day. I try and eat a lot of protein-rich foods. Dal, roti and sabzi are part of my daily diet. I prefer my food cooked in a minimum amount of oil, and eat a lot of sprouts and fruits. I’m trying to put on a couple of pounds, so I don’t stop myself from binging sometimes. My favourites are Chinese cuisine and rajma chawal and I gorge on these at least once a week.
EXERCISE: I WORK out five times a week for an hour. I do only heavy weights, but no cardio exercises. I used to be a part of Shiamak Davar’s dance troupe and that’s how I built my stamina. I love dancing, but don’t get a chance to do it very often, except while rehearsing for films or stage shows. But I absolutely enjoy my workouts, and try not to miss them.
PROBLEM AREAS: SOME body parts are definitely more of a problem than others—like my chest, which I’m working on.
