The promos for Garv are all Salman and no Arbaaz. How does that make you feel?Let’s face facts—Salman may be my brother but he’s a much bigger star than I am. And my role in Garv, even though an important one, is just a cameo, so that would explain why I’m not in the promos. DIET: I’m following a high protein and low carb diet. My day starts with lots of water and juices. I eat a breakfast of a full egg with four or five egg whites and some toast. Lunch and dinner consist of grilled chicken with some vegetables and one or two chapattis. For a snack, I eat a chicken or tuna sandwich. Indian sweets are so hard to resist. But now when I look at myself in the mirror, I can say no to gulab jamuns and rasmalai!EXERCISE: I start by running for 20 minutes to warm up. I do some stretching exercises and work on one muscle group a day. Also, one day a week is devoted to a complete cardio workout. I make it a point to have a whey protein drink after my workouts. Initially, exercising was a punishment. Now it’s a routine and I enjoy it.PROBLEM AREAS: Weight is a problem, period. And all of it seems to be concentrated around my waist. As told to Parizaad Khan
