DIET: I START my day with a glass of milk. After that, my next meal is lunch—I don’t eat between meals. I have quite a heavy lunch which consists of two or three vegetables and one non-vegetarian dish. I’m mostly out for dinner every night, so I eat a lot of junk food. I don’t keep a track of calories or bother about eating fatty food—I think everything eaten in moderation is fine. Tikkas and the rolls at Mumbai’s Bade Miyan are a favourite. I also have a huge sweet tooth and gorge on chocolates and blueberry cheesecake. EXERCISE: I CAN’T work out in a gym. I go for a month and then stop. Instead, I take an hour-long walk everyday. Walking tones your body and I think it’s a great way to take time out and be with yourself. I started walking when I put on a little weight and realised that I couldn’t take my body for granted. PROBLEM AREAS: I DON’T really have any problem areas, but I’ve been trying to put on some weight for a while and that’s not happened yet.
