Do you think you’ll ever stop being known as Shilpa Shetty’s sister?
That’s soon changing. Zeher was a hit and I was noticed in Bewafaa as well. People are recognising my talent now. The tag of being Shilpa’s sister won’t stay for long.

DIET: I TRY and eat healthy. I don’t skip meals or cut down on the quantity I want to eat. I avoid oily stuff and constantly try to eat more protein than carbs. I eat five to six meals a day. Hot water and a bowl of fruit when I wake up, and an egg white omelette and brown bread for breakfast. I carry my own lunch to the sets which is mostly phulkas, vegetables, chicken and dal. I also drink a lot of fruit juice. I have a salami sandwich or brown bread French toast made with egg whites as a snack later in the day. Dinner is the same as lunch. Once a week I eat pizzas or chocolates. I’m a chocoholic and I love indulging myself.

EXERCISE: I do weight and strength training every other day. I work my upper and lower body alternately. I also love jogging on the beach. I used to do yoga, but I stopped. I’m now doing judo as part of my training, which is great exercise.

PROBLEM AREAS: I tend to lose weight on my legs quite easily, so I have to concentrate on putting on weight there. When I binge it goes straight to my hips. I also feel I have heavy arms.
