PUNE, March 22: Holiday Inn - a five star hotel- will construct an elevated parking system to accommodate nearly 100 cars, Dr L R Bhojwani, chairman, Ram-Laxman Hotels Private Ltd said today. The construction cost will amount to an approximate Rs two crore and the new parking lot will be ready within four-six months.The hotel had recently celebrated its third anniversary, Bhojwani said and without referring to the demolition of sections of the hotel carried out by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), stressed that they would ``bounce back with greater strength'' by provide greater amenities to its clientele.The hotel owner's plan to relocate the night club, Totem Pole, and the beauty parlour, Salon 2000, (that had been razed down) at an appropriate place. Refusing to comment on the PMC's act of demolitions as the matter was subjudice, the hotel has claimed damages from an insurance company. Elaborating on the need to install an elevated parking lot, Bhojwani said that within the hotel periphery some 45 cars could be accommodated.
