AHMEDABAD, June 24: Gujarat High Court on Wednesday rejected the bail applications of three youth involved in a May 3 incident in which two brothers - Dilervir Singh Bhullar and Suryavir Singh Bhullar - were attacked and grievously injured near a club on Sarkhej-Gandhinagar highway.The three, and one more accused, were apprehended the same day and remanded in police custody for eight days. However, all four moved Gujarat High Court after their bail applications were rejected by additional sessions judge (Ahmedabad rural).When the applications of three accused - Kalpesh K. Patel alias Bholio, Alpesh R. Tripathi alias Nepli, and Paritosh J. Patel alias Kulio - came up for hearing before Justice M.H. Qadri, additional public prosecutor D.N. Patel argued that the accused had assembled unlawfully and had used weapons like swords and iron pipes to attack the Singh brothers.
