Meanwhile, the Army said foreign militants are reportedly in possession of lethal chemical weapons. Lt Col S.P.K. Singh of the Northern Command Headquarters said that for the past two-three months, the Army has been receiving information that foreign terrorists in the state have been moving with containers, raising suspicion that they have acquired chemical agents.

He added that recent Intelligence inputs have suggested that terrorists are also talking about the use of poisonous gas.
