CHENNAI, July 8: The Madras High Court has admitted a writ petition seeking direction to the State Government to arrange for an ‘abortion’ of a ‘pregnant’ teenager who was an inmate an a private orphanage in Chennai. She was allegedly a victim of a ‘sex scandal’ that had taken place in the orphanage.
