CHANDIGARH, MAY 20: The Haryana Government has suspended former Union Territory Home Secretary N.K. Jain following his arrest by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in a corruption scandal. He has been placed under suspension with effect from May 9, the day he was arrested.The orders for suspension of Jain, a 1978 batch IAS officer, have been issued by Chief Secretary Ram S. Varma after he was repatriated by the Union Home Ministry from Chandigarh on Wednesday.
