CHANDIGARH, Sept 3: The Haryana government has placed the services of Dhanendra Kumar, Officer of Special Duty (Rules), at the disposal of the Central Government for appointment as Additional Secretary in the Department of Telecommunications with immediate effect.
In a statement issued here today, an official spokesman said that R. R. Fuliya, managing director of Haryana Harijan Kalyan Nigam and joint secretary (Education), will be joint secretary in-charge of Forests, Mines and Geology Departments.
While R. R. Jowel, director and joint secretary (Sports, Students and Youth Welfare) has been given the additional charge of joint secretary (Animal Husbandry), Vivek Joshi, joint secretary (Home-II) has been given charge of joint commissioner (Gurdwara elections). Ramesh Kishan, deputy secretary (Prohibition, Excise and Taxation) has been given additional charge of deputy secretary (Housing).
