Wijk Ann Zee, January 22: Grandmaster norm holder IM P Harikrishna of India continued to hold the centerstage in the group B of Corus Chess Championship with a draw against Belgiun GM Mikhail Gurevich.

Harikrishna thereby maintained his joint lead after five rounds, having tallied 3.5 points.

Playing white against experienced Gurevich, Harikrishna mishandled his chances in the middlegame arising out of a Dutch defence before settling for the draw.
