PANAJI, OCT 29: Goa Chief Minister Luizinho Faleiro has assured trawler owners that he would study the feasibility of giving sales tax exemption to them after studying the results of similar facilities being provided in neighouring states of Maharastra and Karnataka.

The Chief Minister was speaking after disbursing subsidy amounting to 107 beneficiaries for trawlers at Kutband in Salcete on Thursday. He also asked them to submit development plans.
