COLOMBO, AUG 20: Police have banned alcohol and firecrackers from Colombo’s main cricket stadium for today’s One-Day International match between Sri Lanka and India, after a brawl between some of the spectators and policemen marred the last game which India lost by two runs.

Five spectators were arrested at Sunday’s match, after firecrackers were hurled at policemen trying to confiscate bottles of arrack, a local brew, from drunken spectators.
