NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 19: THE final set of Swiss Bank documents in the Bofors pay-off case, brought here today from Berne, is likely to be submitted before the designated CBI court here tomorrow, agency sources said tonight.They said the secret papers, brought by a high-level CBI team in sealed cover, would be submitted to the special court which had issued letter rogatory to Swiss authorities for their transfer to India. The crucial documents would be taken to the court, if possible tomorrow.
