CHANDIGARH, Nov 11: Punjab University UNESCO Centre has invited students to submit their essay on human rights by November 25. Dr Jitendra Mohan, Honorary director of PU centre, stated this in a press release here today. Three best essays will be awarded cash prizes. The first prize winner will receive Rs 500, second Rs 300 and the third Rs 200. The essays are to be submitted through the chairman of their respective departments in a closed cover to the Honorary director, as per the release.
