PUNE, April 19: Eagles CC continued their winning spree by outplaying Maling CC to lift the PDCA organised cricket knockout title. This is Eagle8217;s second title this season.
Electing to bat, Eagles CC lost their four wickets early, but a subsequent 102-run fifth wicket partnership between Atul 82 n.o. and Mandar 58 took them to a total of 219 for six wickets in 38 overs.
Maling CC, in reply, lost wickets at regular intervals, finally getting all out way short of the target at 180 runs.
