Don Bosco Oratory `B’rally to down Deablers

MUMBAI, June 13: Don Bosco Oratory `B’ came from behind to beat Deablers SC 3-1 in an MDFA Third Division football league match at St Xavier’s Ground, Parel, today.

Deablers took the lead in the 15th minute when Manish Vedak scored from a Kevin Rodrigues pass.But Don Bosco restored parity two minutes later. Sayraj Sakpal neatly headed a pass from Mohammed Khan past. They went ahead in 23rd minute through Mohd Khan’s solo effort and sealed the match through Bharat Chinkate who accepted Stephen Dias’ pass before placing neatly.

Bombay Muslims score

Girish Desai and Pritam Thapa scored a goal each to help Bombay Muslims beat Holiday Inn 2-0 in a WIFA Senior Division football match at the Cooperage, today. There was no score at half-time. Two goals by Harish More and one by Eusebio Mascarenhas helped Fr Agnel to a 3-0 victory over Naval Civilians in a First Division match.
