The Congress on Wednesday announced its candidates for bypolls to the three Assembly constituencies in Haryana, fielding late Deputy PM Devi Lal8217;s son Chaudhary Ranjit Singh from Adampur in place of expelled leader and former CM Bhajan Lal. Former MLA Bhim Sen Mehta will be the Congress candidate from Indri, while Jagbir Singh Mallik will be fielded from Gohana, an AICC release said.
