NEW DELHI, May 13: The Delhi government today effected a major administrative reshuffle involving several IAS and Union Territory Civil Services officers, elevating some and transferring others. The IAS officers who have been transferred, include Y.D. Bankata, Additional Chief Executive Officer with the Delhi Jal Board as Director Agriculture Marketing, while Dr Ranbir Singh has been posted in his place. Rajinder Singh, deputy commissioner North-West, has been given additional charge of the post of joint Chief Electoral Officer. G.G. Saxena, a UTCS officer, has been posted as deputy commissioner replacing S.K. Malhotra.
