PUNE, Oct 3: Deccan XI A8217; striking once in each half earned full points against Youth Club, Khadakwasla in a PDFA Senior Division league tie at the Ammunition Factory Kirkee ground here today.
Mandar Tamhane opened Deccan8217;s account in the 30th minute after Nilesh Natu8217;s cross from the right was flicked on by Ravi Shetty to Mandar who made no mistake.
In the second half, Nilesh following a long clearance by M Dehre did well to control in his stride, fox 8216;keeper Santosh Pradhan, who ambitiously ventured out, and tap home in the 59th minute.
Deccan now have 12 points to their credit from seven ties, while Youth Club languish of the league table with a lone point.
