CHANDIGARH, May 27: DAV Senior Secondary School, Sector 8 and Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Sector-8 bagged the overall trophies in the boys and girls section, respectively, in the Inter-School competitions of the Chandigarh Education Department. The annual sports prize distribution function was held today at the Government Model Senior Secondary School in Sector 40.DAV School-8 also won the overall title in athletics in the boys category while Sarvhitkari Senior Secondary School-40, took the overall title in athletics in the girls group.Chief guest on the occasion was DS Mangat (DPI Schools), who gave away the prizes to the winners.
