MUMBAI, JULY 10: Other income was lower at Rs 9.17 lakh in Q1 against Rs 1.09 crore in the corresponding quarter of 1998-99 due to the acquisition of the business of Information Products and Research Services India Pvt Ltd along with its brand INFAC and purchase of new office premises, Crisil said in a release here today.
Depreciation was also higher for the first quarter at Rs 1.40 crore against Rs 63.62 crore in Q1 of 1998-99, it said.
However, the company expects to make up for the same by building up treasury through sale of existing premises, it added.
During Q1 of the fiscal 1999-2000, the earning per share (EPS) stood at Rs 3.54 against Rs 5.36 in the corresponding period of the previous year, the release said.
