A Maruti 800 car (DLM 5142), belonging to Jagatnarayan Singh Kapoor, was stolen from the Puna-Kumbharia Road area of the city on Wednesday. According to Kapoor, his vehicle was stolen from the parking space of his house between 3 and 4 am. In another case registered at the Kapodara police station, Dedaram Chaudhary complained to the police that his Hero Honda motorcycle (GJ 10 6377) was stolen from his house, located at Shreeji Complex Lambe Hanuman Road, on Tuesday night. Cases of vehicle theft under IPC 379 have been registered.Hit-and-runOne Kavita Gaikwad, a three-year-old girl, received head injuries when a motorcyclist hit her with his vehicle (GJ 5 CC 2187) at Baroda Pristage Char Rasta in Varachha.
