Smack seized, one held
The police have arrested Sunil Raina of Nayagaon village from Sector 15 and recovered nearly four grams of smack from his possession. A case under Narcotics Drugs and Pschotropic Act has been registered against him.

2 arrested for theft
The police have arrested Panchkula residents Shiv Narain and Manohar Lal, for their alleged involvement in a theft case registered sometime ago.

Two injured in accident
Sector 20 residents, Daljit Singh and Surinder, were injured in an accident between a Tata Safari and a scooter. The accident occurred in Sector 21 late at night.

3 held for gambling
The city police have arrested Kaka Singh of Maloya village, Vikram Singh of Attawa and Ravinder Pal of Sector 22, from near a school in Sector 22 while they were gambling at a public place.
