AHMEDNAGAR, Nov 6: Former vice-president of the local unit of the Congress Sudam Bhosale and his accomplices wanted in connection with spreading terror in Bhosale akhada area here on Wednesday night were at large till late Friday evening.The Kotwali police have so far arrested one of the unspecified number of hoodlums. The police suspect that Bhosale and others had forced a few ITI students in the Bhosale akhada area to join them.The former Congress office-bearer and a few others had damage a few shops creating terror in Chitra cinema and Royal juice bar area on Pune-Nagar road. A few shop-owners were manhandled by the goons.The police intervened when the gangsters were at work at the Royal juice bar. However, they managed to escape taking advantage of the darkness. The police have arrested Durga Shivaji Bhosale.The shopkeepers, out of fear , are reluctant to file an official complaint, it was learnt.
