CHENNAI, Jan 18: A southern regional one-day convention on `Women's Rights are Human Rights' is being held as an initial step towards the launch of collective national campaign against women. Organised by the National Alliance for Women (NAWO) and the Initiatives: Women in Development (IWID) the convention would formulate a common agenda to be taken up in the south in the years 1999 and 2000.
