PORT ELIZABETH, MARCH 5: Pakistan, trying to put off-field distractions aside, may include Wasim Akram just 48 hours after his arrival in their bid to clinch the Test series against South Africa.Akram's controversial call-up for the tour provides Pakistan with one of several selection problems as they take a 1-0 lead into the third and final Test starting at St George's Park tomorrow.All-rounder Akram was left out of the original squad in the wake of match-fixing and betting allegations but, following a parliamentary investigation into the claims, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Khalid Mahmood insisted he join the touring team.Former Pakistan captain Akram flew in on Wednesday to dismiss the allegations against him and also to say he was unaware of reported disunity within the squad caused by his arrival.Apart from having to decide about giving Akram a test place, the tour selectors must also resolve the problem of whether to include two wicket-keepers - skipper Rashid Latif, back afterinjury, and his in-form deputy Moin Khan.Latif, fit after a neck injury that kept him out of the first two Tests, has tried to deal with the off-field distractions by probing South African egos, suggesting players are not fit, out-of-form and will be defensive in the third Test.``Allan Donald is not fit and Lance Klusener is out of form so I think they will have to play both their spinners (Pat Symcox and Paul Adams),'' said Latif. ``That means they can't win. I think they will be defensive in the match in order not lose the series 2-0.''South African captain Hansie Cronje said: ``That's just not true. National pride will not allow us to be defensive; of course, we'll be trying all out for victory to level the series.''Teams (from): South Africa - Gary Kirsten, Adam Bacher, Jacques Kallis, HD Ackerman, Andrew Hudson, Hansie Cronje (captain), Shaun Pollock, Mark Boucher, Lance Klusener, Pat Symcox, Fanie de Villiers, Paul Adams, Allan Donald.Pakistan - Aamir Sohail, Saeed Anwar,Ijaz Ahmed, Inzamam-ul Haq, Mohd Wasim, Yousuf Youhanna, Moin Khan, Ali Naqvi, Azhar Mahmood, Rashid Latif, Wasim Akram, Saqlain Mushtaq, Mushtaq Ahmed, Waqar Younis, Shoaib Akhtar, Fazl-e-Akbar.
