KODAIKANAL, Aug. 10:The Consumer Protection Association of Kodaikanal has pointed out several lacunae in the garbage cleaning facilities in the town which has led to pilling up of garbage in many areas. It has said that several bins must be placed around the Boat Club and the portion of the lake surrounding it.
