A rally would be organised on November 15 at Tosham to commemorate the 62nd birth anniversary of former agriculture minister, Surinder Singh. While addressing party workers at her Vijay Nagar residence in Bhiwani today, Minister of state for Forests and Tourism, Kiran Choudhry, said that Union Minister Pranav Mukherjee and Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda would unveil the statue of the late Surinder Singh at the premises of newly-constructed Surinder Singh Memorial ITI at Tosham.
She said Surinder Singh was very popular amongst the people of the state and he had always worked for the welfare of the masses like his father Bansi Lal. She urged the people to participate in this rally in large numbers and asked the party workers to contact and personally invite each household of Haryana to the rally. She said that prominent national and state-level politicians would participate in the rally.
