The Maharashtra government has invited EoIs from 12 consortiums to develop the Rs 6,000-crore SEZ in Navi Mumbai. The 12 firms are: Meinhardt (Singapore), L&T, GMR Power, Surice Pte Ltd, Anik Development Corporation, Videocon International, Tata Housing, Balaji Leasing, Essar Construction, TCG Urban Infrastructure Holdings, Reliance Capital and Insignia Financial Group.
The EoIs closed on Friday while the financial bids would be invited by the second week of January, said Cidco vice chairman and managing director Anil Kumar Lakhina here.
