A court on Saturday rejected bail application of former Maharashtra minister Dharamarao Baba Atram and remanded him to magisterial custody after he was charged with killing of a ‘Chinkara’ deer under the wild life protection act.
Earlier, Atram, who surrendered before forest officials at Bhor was arrested after two days interrogation and brought to the court of Judicial Magisrate First Class (JMFC) K M Kaygunde at Saswad in Pune district.
