CHANDIGARH, July 22: School children will gather at SD Senior Secondary School, Sector 24, on July 24 to participate in an action programme organised by the Children's Alliance for Protection of the Environment in collaboration with the Chandigarh Social Welfare Advisory Board.The programme will involve picking up discarded plastic bags, uprooting congress grass, planting saplings in the school campus and other environmental measures.
